Terms & Conditions

1.) All stud fees are due and payable when the mare produces a live foal, changes ownership or is catalogued  for public sale. All boarding charges are due prior to the mares departure from Cameo Hills Farm. All shipped  semen fees are due prior to the shipment of semen. Late payment penalty of 1 ½ % per month on all fees not received within 30 days

2.) Neither Cameo Hills Farm nor its employees shall be liable for any injury, disability or death suffered by any mare, or her offspring, from any cause whatsoever, while in the care, custody or control of Cameo Hills and the undersigned agrees to this condition and hereby waives and releases all and every claim for any and all loss, damages, claim or expenses(including attorneys’ fees) resulting from or arising in connection with any such injury, disability or death.

3.)All mares shall be made available for breeding until July 1^st or until earlier pronounced in foal unless excused in writing by Cameo Hills Farm

4.) I authorize Cameo Hills Farm to keep the above credit card information on file and automatically charge collection and processing fees. Once semen order is placed and stallion is collected, no refund will be given. I understand if my credit card is declined, the order will not be honored.
